The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in these specifications and shown on the plans. The estimated item quantities are summarized as follows: Mobilization (Lump Sum), Test Pits, if and where directed (16 Cubic Yards), Temporary By-Pass Pumping (Lump Sum), Clearing Site (Lump Sum), Dewatering (Lump Sum), Demolition of Existing Pump Station (Lump Sum), New Pumping Station (Lump Sum), Electrical and Control Work (Lump Sum), Contingency Allowance (Allowance), Cleaning and Restorations (Lump Sum), Contract Closeout Documentation (Fixed Price). Plans, specifications, and forms of bid for the proposed work may be inspected at the engineer's office during regular business hours. Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the specifications, plans, and proposal by the engineer at the cost of preparation, which is nonrefundable; plus an additional charge if mailed.
