Disclaimer: IN ORDER FOR YOUR BID TO BE CONSIDERED A LEGAL BONAFIDE BIDDER ON THE PROJECT, DOCUMENTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM REMINGTON, VERNICK ENGINEERS DIRECTLY Sealed bids will be received by the Township of Florence for the FY' 2025 NJDOT Trust Fund: Improvements to Broad Street (Phase II) in the Township of Florence, Burlington County, New Jersey Prospective bidders are hereby notified that an original and two (2) black and white copies of the entire bid package must be submitted to the Township. The Township of Florence reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Township of Florence, in accordance with applicable law. Bids must be on the bid form prepared by Remington and Vernick Engineers, in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside and also bearing on the outside reference to the particular work bid upon. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Township of Florence in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 of the amount bid. No interpretations ofthe meaning ofthe drawings, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing, addressed to the Engineer, Question Deadline 02/02/2026 The award of the contract shall be made subject to the necessary moneys to do the work being provided by the Township of Florence in a lawful manner. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
