Disclaimer: IN ORDER FOR YOUR BID TO BE CONSIDERED A LEGAL BONAFIDE BIDDER ON THE PROJECT, DOCUMENTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM REMINGTON, VERNICK ENGINEERS DIRECTLY Sealed bids will be received for the Florence Township Field House Renovations in Florence Township, Burlington County, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications must be obtained from Remington & Vernick Engineers. Bids must be prepared on forms provided by the engineers, enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the bidder's name and address on the outside, and addressed as specified. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) and not more than $20,000. A certificate letter from a surety company stating it will provide a completion bond must also be included. The award of the contract is subject to the necessary funds being provided by the Township. The contract will not become effective until these funds are secured. The award is also subject to obtaining necessary State, Federal, or Local permits. Bidders are required to comply with Affirmative Action requirements, the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, submit a Disclosure Statement listing stockholders, comply with the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and provide proof of business registration for both the bidder and any named subcontractors. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
