The Town of Palm Beach, Florida is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide compacted garbage collection and disposal services. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide compacted garbage collection service to the Town of Palm Beach. Any fees or fines resulting from violations due to the contractor's performance will be the contractor's sole responsibility. Bids must be submitted online through Euna Procurement (). Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, and to award on an all-or-none or line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must be valid for ninety days from the close of the bid. Questions related to this solicitation should be submitted through the platform's Messages/Vendor Discussion feature. Bidders are encouraged to attend the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting, which will be the only forum for direct clarification from Town staff and the Project Manager. A "NON-MANDATORY" Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on virtually via the Microsoft Teams meeting platform. Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section. To join the meeting please see the instructions included under "Files" or copy/paste the URL in the "Events" section into your browser. Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification directly from Project Manager and Town staff.
