Project Summary: The City has launched the Power Factor Correction Project (PFCP) which aims to increase the efficiency of energy consumption. To support this project, The City is looking to hire a contractor to purchase and install power factor correction equipment at various City owned sites. The contractor must satisfy the requirements of Appendix H1 - Prime Contractor for Safety Requirements. This RFQ is open to all proponents. No prequalification is required. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. Scheduled Operational Date: 2027-11-30 Questions must be submitted by email no later than - Jun 2, 2026 at 2:01 pm (MT) All questions must be submitted in SAP Ariba through the solicitation message board.
