ACC-NJ-WSD is conducting market research to identify qualified small business sources capable of performing vinyl floor tile removal and replacement at Building 623, Hall of Flags Conference Center. The work consists of removing existing vinyl floor tile and installing new vinyl floor tile in accordance with the specification of work. Approximate square footage and building layout are provided in the attachments, and contractors are strongly encouraged to perform a site visit to verify quantities and conditions.
