The requirement is to repair, by replacement, the 3rd story roof of U.S. Army Garrison RFTA Building 668. The existing roof consists of asphalt shingle roofing with an unknown underlayment, supported by a low-pitch plywood deck sheeting. The existing built-up roofing system is to be completely removed and replaced with a new asphalt shingle roofing system. Existing lightning protection components are to be removed prior to the roofing work and reinstalled upon completion of the new roofing system. Additional details are provided in the attached documents.
