A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Brookfield Zoo Chicago is seeking qualifications from experienced and qualified General Contractor professionals for the renovation of the North Parking Lot (approximately 30 acres) and the Discovery Parking Lot (approximately 4.5 acres). The work will address deteriorating paving areas that support the Zoo's large visitor base. The selected firm will provide comprehensive general contracting services within an active campus, with preference for firms with experience in public or nonprofit projects and strong safety, environmental stewardship, and quality assurance practices. Each lot will have its own separate contract for scope of work.
