Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Melrose, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work includes Pump and Blower Improvements at the Melrose Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). Scope includes removal and replacement of RAS pumps and Trickling Filter Recycle pumps; blower removal and replacement; installation of dissolved oxygen probes in aeration basins; Wet Well #1 pump removal and replacement; RAS Metering Vault actuator upgrades; EQ Basin 1 overflow process piping construction; new precast electrical building with associated electrical equipment; piping modifications including bypasses; HVAC improvements; and associated site utility, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA work. Anticipated bid packages are BP-7 Membrane Roofing – Complete; BP-9 Coatings Process Pipe – Complete; BP-10 General Construction (CIP Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Door & Window Install, Joint Sealant); BP-23 HVAC – Complete; BP-26 Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls – Complete; BP-40 Process Pipe (Complete – includes civil & by-passing) & Process Equipment (Install Only). Prequalification Information shall be submitted electronically to estimating@riceklake.org. File size limit is 10 MB. ONLY PREAPPROVED SUBCONTRACTORS WILL BE NOTIFIED AND INVITED TO SUBMIT BIDS.
