Deliveries to Monday through Friday between 7:00AM and 1:00PM at U.S. Coast Guard YARD Baltimore Facilities Management, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room- BLDG 58, Baltimore, MD, 21226. Invoicing must be done through www.ipp.gov. Bidders must have active SAM.Gov registration or proof of submission. Access to some drawings may be export-controlled and require Joint Certification Program registration. Total cost must include all delivery and freight charges.
