Provide one vaneaxial fan, NSN: 4730 01-LG2-1226, CAGE CODE / PART NUMBER: 0A6V8 / 00500706-09684, 5V049 / M-18953-XA03WA4W6 00500706-09684, 75477 / 00500706-09684. The fan must have a cast aluminum wheel and fabricated steel housing, be in accordance with MIL-F-18953B (non-shock rated), U.S. Navy approved, have a 2-coat epoxy system, direct drive, and C-face mounted motor. The motor must meet IEEE-45-2002 marine duty and NEMA MG-1, be premium efficient, have IP-54 enclosure protection, Class F VPI sealed insulation (not IEEE429 compliant), sealed bearings or sealed bearing construction, TEAO, suitable for 50 DEG C ambient, C-face mount, single speed/single winding, and operate at 440/3/60. Quantity required is 1 each. Delivery must be made to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room- BLDG 88, Baltimore, MD, 21226. All materials must be accompanied by an itemized packaging list, packed using military packaging per MIL-STD-2073-1E, and marked per MIL-STD-129R with proper identification. All deliveries must be Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 1:00PM. Any substitutions must be accompanied by a Specification Sheet for evaluation. Freight and delivery charges must be included in the total cost. Shipping must be FOB destination. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov or provide proof of submitted registration. Access to some drawings may require Joint Certification Program registration. Invoices must be submitted through www.ipp.gov and include all required information.
