Work shall include, but is not limited to: o Capping of existing utilities. o Preserving the functionality of water valves and piping for irrigation. o Abatement of all buildings/structures with disposal of abated materials at approved landfill(s). o Demolition of all buildings/structures with disposal of materials at approved landfill(s). o Removal of footings and foundations. o Backfilling of demolished building areas with engineered materials, properly compacted, to within 1'-0" (minus) of finished grade.
