Renovation of an educational facility in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids are for boiler replacement/repairs for the Clarion Area School District. The work must be completed according to the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the architect, with project details available for review and purchase. Bidders must provide a 10% bid security, and the successful bidder must furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract and a Maintenance Bond for 10% of the contract sum. Employment conditions and minimum wage rates specified must be observed. Bids cannot be withdrawn within 90 days after opening. Bidders must not request documents after the specified date and must attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with project information. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid.
