The work includes window restoration, storm window installation, restoration and repair of wood architectural elements, exterior façade improvements, and related repairs to select building components intended to preserve and enhance the building's historic character. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name and bidder's name and address. All bids must comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Bidders are required to be properly licensed and insured. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and award the contract as deemed in its best interest.
