Description

Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a road / highway in Monument, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; and for the renovation of a road / highway.

The Town of Monument is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of two concrete median improvements at the 2nd Street railroad crossing . Work includes demolition, grading, concrete curb and gutter, median construction, asphalt patching, traffic control, and associated site restoration. Bid documents are available in the IFB package. This work is being completed to bring the medians back into compliance with BNSF standards of a continuous 6 curb height that extends 100 from the railroad crossing arms. Reference Number 0000434338 Construction of two concrete median improvements including demolition, grading, concrete curb and gutter, median construction, asphalt patching, traffic control, and site restoration. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Maintenance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
