The facility is located at 225 Holiday Hills, Parkersburg, WV 26401 in Wood County. ... From where the existing sink hole where the existing concrete sidewalk and existing access road on the west side of the restaurant property is located, the contractor must remove approximately eighty (80 ') feet of existing approximately eight (8') feet wide galvanized culvert pipe and replace it with new. The existing underground galvanized culvert pipe is only to be replaced on DCR property
