Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Fairfax, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Fairfax is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for electrical work to be done on the Garage Building at Garland House. THe current electrical service needs to switch from the existing house structure to the existing garage building. A new 200A meter/main needs to be installed on the side of the garage. Wiring to be installed through the garage to include outlets and light switches as well as the prep work for mini splits to be installed at a later time.
