Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Borough of Wyomissing. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Certification Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Contractor's Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough. The Borough also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received. This work will consist of the installment of three bike sharing stations within the Borough of Wyomissing for public use. Eligible bidders are required to have at least two existing contracts providing bike sharing for a municipality within central or southeastern PA. Bike Sharing Station should be launched within 30 days of contract execution. This project is funded through a grant provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to the Borough of Wyomissing. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/3/2022 12:00 PM Bids will be publicly awarded on February 8, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Wyomissing Borough Hall, 22 Reading Boulevard, Wyomissing, PA 19610.
