City of Clatskanie (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms for design, engineering and environmental assessment services to build a build a Sequencing Batch Reactor Waste-water Treatment Plant that will replace the existing WWTP (the "Project"). Construction management experi ence of a WWTP project or like facility is a plus but not a requirement. Questions shall be submitted in writing only. Please send questions via email to the RFP Contact, Greg Hinkelman, at ghinkelman@cityofclatskanie.com. No other contact regarding this Solicitation process shall be permitted. Unauthorized contact regarding this Solicitation may subject the contacting Proposer's proposal to rejection. Any addenda will be posted on the City's site. Proposers are solely responsible for ensuring that the City receives its Proposal. This is a FORMAL Process. Publication of this Solicitation and the Award is required. The RFP document, attachments, and any addenda for this RFP will be posted on the City's site. Work under this contract will be funded by a federal grant from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program awarded by the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Business Oregon Department. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
