Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Weona Park Concession Stand Improvements project. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to perform selective demolition and complete various interior and exterior improvements to the existing concession stands and all other work as indicated on the Contract Documents and Specifications. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Questions may be submitted through electronically on or before 4:30 PM on Thursday, September 22, 2022. Responses will be provided electronically to all registered parties. The Borough of Pen Argyl reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
