PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Outbuilding Relocation - Petersburg National Battlefield (PETE), Petersburg, VA The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to relocate three small historic timber framed structures onto temporary cribbing. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13 to the offeror that provides the best value to the government based on price, technical, and prior experience. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation. NAICS CODE: 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a small business size standard of $15M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000.
