Site work and paving for a road / highway in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**As of July 9, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** The Work consists of full depth reclamation on 4 roads along Mountaineer Boulevard and related work. Quantities include 14,063 square yards of full depth reclamation and 2,380 tons of 9.5mm Superpave leveling and wearing courses. Bidders are advised that PA Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates must be paid to all workers involved with this Contract. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be substantially completed not more than sixty (60) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated as a result of budget limitations.
