Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mill Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project Description: The proposed scope of work includes concrete improvements at the south end of Depot Plaza parking lot entrance. Concrete improvements include constructing a new driveway approach, curb ramp, expansion of plaza area including new curb and gutter, replacing existing decomposed granite with brick pavers, replace brick sidewalk with new widened concrete, striping and pavement markings and all other work as shown on the Plans, as called for in the Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid amount payable to the City of Mill Valley shall accompany the Proposal. Award of contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder whose proposal complies with the prescribed requirements, and will be within thirty (30) days after receipt of proposals. The City of Mill Valley reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive any irregularities. Please direct all inquiries to John Brencic at jbrencic@cityofmillvalley.org .
