The City of Kelowna may spend $40-60M each year planning, designing, and delivering municipal infrastructure projects (constructing) and has staff representing several disciplines to help deliver those projects. The City employs civil engineers, architects, project managers, various technician disciplines, as well as maintaining a fully centralized purchasing department. The City also hires various consultants to assist with most projects, providing expertise or additional capacity not available in-house at any given time. The purpose of this Opportunity is to produce multiple multi-use shortlists of Submitters that will be valid for a period of three (3) years.
