There is an urgent and compelling need due to extreme temperatures in the area, recent excessive heat and upcoming freezing temperatures, to replace the HVAC systems. 2.0 Scope / Deliverables Remove existing electric furnaces and air conditioning systems (2), and legally dispose. Provide and install new electric 4-ton and 5-ton (minimum 17 SEER) modulating heat pumps and modular coils, 4-ton and 5-ton modular air handlers, and air filtration system(s), including all electrical (with any necessary connections or upgrades to the panel) and controls.
