Roof Replacement - Facilities Office Building Scope of Work Includes Three Sections of Roofing in Need of Replacement. Replacement Styles Include "cold Press Restoration," Flat Roof Tear Off and Replacement and Shingle Roof Tear Off and Replacement. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount Bid, or Digital or Paper Bid Bond in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Amount Bid, Signed by a Surety Company Authorized to Transact Business in the State of Ohio. Such Check or Bid Bond Shall Be Made Payable to the City of Aurora, Ohio and Will Be Held as a Guarantee That in the Event the Bid is Accepted, and a Contract Awarded to the Bidder, the Contract Will Be Duly Executed and Its Performance Properly Secured. If Not Providing a Digital Bid Bond, Wet-ink Original Bid Bonds, Checks, or Letters of Credit Must Be Delivered to the Office of the Director of Public Service, Aurora Service Department, 158 W. Pioneer Trail, Aurora, Ohio, by the Bid Opening Date and Time. Estimate: $134,200.00 Work is Expected to Be Completed Within 60 Days of Commencement and Before June 30, 2025. If This Occurs, Instructions Will Be Communicated to Potential Bidders. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities in the Bids Received, and Accept Any Bid Which It Deems Most Favorable to the City.
