Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Forest Park, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of February 7 , 2025 , this project has been cancelled no definite date for the rebid.** qualified contractors for the City's Concrete Construction and Repair Services (Annual Contract). The work consists of the repair or removal of existing concrete sidewalk, driveways, gutters, and curb access ramps as needed to accommodate the replacements, layout of new work (including confirmation of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act), traffic control (as necessary), concrete forming and installation, and upon completion of the concrete work, restoration of the disturbed adjacent roadway and roadside areas. The selected contractor must comply with local and state laws including but not limited to provisions covering construction contracts. Bidders must comply with the City of Forest Park's "Local, Small Business, Diversity Program". There is a participation goal for this project. The City wants to ensure that Bidders are non-discriminatory in their process of selecting sub-contractors. The City also wants to encourage Bidders to utilize local, veteran owned, minority, women, and disadvantaged business enterprises whenever possible. No bid may be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for a period of sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of Bids or until the Bidder is notified by the City; whichever is sooner. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and formalities. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The Bid Bond may be in the form of a bond issued by a surety acceptable to the City or a cashier's check made payable to the City of Forest Park, Georgia. The entire Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the City of Forest Park as liquidated damages if the bidder fails to execute the Contract and provide Performance and Payment Bonds within fifteen (15) days after being notified that the firm has been awarded the Contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a contract Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the Bid and provide insurance coverage as required in the Contract Documents. Bid open - RFBs will be publicly opened and read on the OpenGov platform and Microsoft Teams. Any questions pertaining to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications, either procedural or technical, shall be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal, located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/forestparkga, by5:00 amon Tuesday, January 21, 2025
