Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified cashiers check payable to the City of Morgantown in an amount equal to five (5%) of the base bid. All bidders must hold a current West Virginia contractors license on the date of the Bid Opening. A bidder may not modify or withdraw his/her Bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The City of Morgantown, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
