Event ID: 27600-EVT0010087 Location: Newton Subarea: 615 SW 14th Street, Newton Ks 67114 Summary - See attached Fence layout drawing & Materials Spec. 1.1 Install 2450 ft or 6' chain link fencing with Top rail and 3 strands of Barbed wire. 1.2 Install Two (2) 15' swing gates on the west driveway. 1.3 Install Two (2) 20' cantilevered gates on the east driveway. The east cantilevered gate will need to be automated. The Automatic gate opener system will be hard wired to a Hoidale Key Fob system by Hoidale. 1.4 The cantilevered gates need to have a continuous, min 18" wide concrete footing under the fence and gates when in the open position. 1.5 The west cantilevered gate needs to be able to be locked in the closed position, when not in use. 1.6 3" PVC conduit needs to be installed under the fence concrete footing next to the automatic gate opener. To facilitate installation of power lines and data lines from the Pump island, to gate opener and then to key pedestal outside of the fence. 1.7 Electricity for Automatic gates will be provided by KDOT.
