The Redmond School District ("District") Requests Proposals from experienced Architectural Design Professionals for the design of the Athletics Improvement project. The District is seeking to select Architects to provide the services described herein Design Services for the following schools: Redmond High School, Ridgeview High School, Elton Gregory Middle School, and Obsidian Middle School Project Description: Athletic Fields and Track Resurfacing Project Overview The Redmond School District is soliciting proposals from qualified design firms with demonstrated expertise in the design of artificial turf fields, track resurfacing, and related athletic facility improvements. This project encompasses upgrades and renovations to athletic fields and tracks across multiple school sites, ensuring high-performance, safe, and durable sports facilities for student-athletes and community use. Selected firms will be expected to start immediately after Board award and receipt of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). The District reserves the right to reject any Proposal response not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements and to waive informalities in this Request for Proposals response process.
