Renovation of an educational facility in Sharon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Request for Information (R.F.I.) may be submitted up to 3:00p.m. Wednesday, February 05, 2025. The last addendum will be issued 72 hours before bid opening. Questions / RFI's pertaining to the content of the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Chris J. Morrone III, PE at CJL Engineering by email at cmorrone@cjlengineeering.com. Questions by phone will not be accepted. General Contract shall include H.V.A.C. and Electrical work for the HVAC Upgrades. 2. The Upgrades Consists of: a. New mini-split type heat pump units.
