Renovation of an educational facility in Wethersfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Town of Wethersfield is seeking Proposals for qualified Mechanical Contractors to provide construction services for the installation of M/E/P systems and associated structural work to accommodate a new chiller plant and a new heating ventilation and air conditioning system servicing the gymnasium. The project will also include demolition of the existing screen wall and concrete pad. Site work will accommodate a new retaining wall and masonry screen wall. The Town of Wethersfield, after review of all factors, including the terms and conditions, qualifications and price, reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, or waive defects in the same, or accept any proposal or combination of proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. All bid documents must be completely filled out when submitted. Bids must be firm for a period of 90 days following the bid opening date. Bid withdrawal may be made only with the consent of the Town of Wethersfield.
