The City of Laconia Department of Public Works is seeking a professional tree service company to remove hazardous trees along city streets and sidewalks. Please direct any questions to: Jamie Lyford, CPM Construction Inspector Department of Public Works (603) 528-6379 ext. 410 jlyford@laconianh.gov or Gina Mastine Purchasing Specialist 603-524-3877 ext. 151 gmastine@laconianh.gov Interested contractors are invited to submit proposals for a one (1) year agreement, with the potential for annual extensions for up to three (3) consecutive one (1) year terms, contingent upon mutual agreement between the City and the selected contractor. Contractors should include their qualifications, relevant experience, and a detailed cost breakdown. The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities in the submission process, and to select the proposal that is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City may cancel this request for proposals at any time and for any reason. Failure to submit all required information may result in disqualification.
