No additional services shall be performed until the Contractor receives written authorization from Clay County. Home rehabilitation project includes the following items: HVAC Remove, dispose of, and replace the 2.5 ton HVAC unit. Carpentry Replace and paint the broken door jamb for the guest bedroom. Electrical Install a smoke alarm to current code in three (3) bedrooms within ten (10) feet outside bedroom doors (communicating/linked ten (10) year battery minimum or new hard wired replacements). Add GFCI Outlet protection as needed, per code. Replace in-use bubble protection covers on all exterior outlets. Plumbing Replace both (2) bathroom sinks and faucets. Re-plumb both (2) bathroom sinks and faucets if needed for proper use. ADA Add two (2) ADA compliant grab bars in the master shower. Install ADA ramps in garage and at the front door. Add metal trip for flooring transitions where missing for accessibility per ADA requirements for change in levels.
