RFP Engineering - STOI Hatchery Water Reuse Upgrades SCOPE OF REQUESTED SERVICES The Spokane Tribe of Indians Fisheries Program is seeking bids from reasonable, responsive, responsible, qualified, persons possessing the ability to provide contract management services and engineering Support during construction of the partial recirculating aquaculture system at the Spokane Tribal Fish Hatchery. The SPOKANE TRIBE OF INDIANS reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in the proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in this request for proposals.
