Renovation of an educational facility in Taft, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
License Requirements C-8 Question Deadline 05/21/2025 at 3:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Scope of work to include, but not limited to, demolition and disposal of designated concrete sidewalk pads and curbing (see attached site map and photos), prepare site, replace with new concrete to be 4" thick at 4,000 PSI, reinforced with rebar and doweled into adjacent existing concrete pads (#4 x 12" galv rebar center on joint at 18" OC max align with rebar in concrete), new 6" concrete curbing to match adjacent curbing (provide deep tool joints a 10' OC max and expansion joints at 20' OC max. 12" greased 1/2 " dowel at EJ- 6" each side stop rebar each side drill/drypack #4x12" dowels at existing concrete where occurs), elevation and broom finish to match adjacent existing concrete. Total area is approximately 127.5 square feet of concrete pad and 70 linear feet of curb. Proposer to field verify all measurements and/or quantities. Proposer to provide construction chain link fencing around the construction site to ensure no access to the construction site area.
