**As of October 3rd ,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. ** The work will be funded by the Borough of Milford. The major construction items include: Base Bid: Demolition and Removal of Equipment; Supply and Install Primary Longitudinal Collector Mechanisms 2 units; Supply and Install Secondary Longitudinal Collector Mechanisms 2 Units; Control Panel 2 units; Electrical and Control Wiring Lump Sum; Repair Cracks, Concrete Spalling Allowances; and other misc. items. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein, and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Borough of Milford, 40 Frenchtown Road, Milford, New Jersey 08848 and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. The Borough shall reserve the right to award the Base Bid, Base Bid or to reject all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law.
