City of Mercer Island (City) is announcing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering consultants to provide professional services in performing and completing the General Sewer Plan in accordance with the WAC 173-240-050 and RCW 90.48.110. In addition, the selected firm will develop the City's first systemwide hydraulic model, which will serve as a baseline for identifying capacity issues and prioritizing future reinvestment needs.
