The City of Berkeley is soliciting invitations for bids to pave the South Cove West Parking lot, adding bioretention planters, light poles/fixtures, and electrical distribution equipment. Paving a gravel parking lot, adding bioretention planters, light poles/fixtures, and electrical distribution equipment, including ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Work shall be completed within 100 Working Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run.
