Project Number: 689-CSI-125 Interventional Radiology Suite Renovation Design-Build (D-B) VA Connecticut Healthcare System (VACHS) - West Haven Campus West Haven Campus 950 CAMPBELL AVENUE WEST HAVEN, CT 06516 In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. This project will be procured using the two-phase design-build procedures. The Contractor is to provide design and construction services in support of this project to remove, renovate and upgrade approximately 1,200 Square Feet (SF) of existing space within the Interventional Radiology Suite at the West Haven VAMC. This project is located at: West Haven VA Medical Center 950 Campbell Avenue West Haven, Connecticut 06516 The current project budget for this NRM project is approximately $4.5 million dollars. The government cannot guarantee that additional funds will be made available for award. Offerors are under no obligation to approach the budget.
