Renovation of an educational facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bradley County Schools is an equal-opportunity employer. Vendor is required to provide demolition, materials, labor, and shipping for the completion of the following: _ Prospect Elementary School 2450 Prospect School Road, Cleveland, TN 37311 1. Removal and disposal of existing fascia boards and gutters from the shingled roof. 2. Installation of new fascia boards, soffits, and trim painted with PPG Acri-Shield Max paint white color, gutters, and downspouts bronze color 3. Rafters may have to be extended along with the addition of drip edge or flashing to ensure water tightness. All bids must conform to the requirements presented in the instructions to Bidders and Attachment A of this RFQ. To facilitate evaluation, all bids must be submitted on the form provided in this document as Attachment B. Bids not in conformity may be rejected. Additional brochures and descriptions may be included. The Bradley County Board of Education reserves the right to use judgment factors in determining which proposal shall be in its best interest, and the exercise of that judgment shall be binding upon all companies submitting bids.
