For the repairs and improvements to the roofs on the Storage and Wrestling building at Lake Forest Middle School This request for quotes (RFQ) is submitted and available to qualified vendors for materials and installation of New shingle roofs on the Storage building and Wrestling building at Lake Forest Middle School. 610 Kile Lake Road, Cleveland, TN, 37323 Vendor is required to provide materials and labor for installation and shipping for the completion of the following: Shingle Roof replacement at Lake Forest Middle School Wrestling and Storage Buildings,610 Kile Lake Road, Cleveland, TN 37323 1. Installation of new 30-year or better architectural shingles and drip edge. No stripping required, one layer existing presently. 2. Clean up and disposal of any shipping materials. 3. Bidder must attend pre-bid meeting at site and field verify SQ FT. Extra pricing for 40/50 year shingles can be included. We will upgrade if within budget.
