The furnishing of all labor, materials and services for the construction of a new pickleball pavilion with interior finished space, a new softball pavilion with concessions space, a restroom building, a storage building, a monument sign, and the renovation of two existing pavilions. - Construction of a Pickleball Pavilion, Storage Building, Softball Pavilion, Restroom Building, Monument Sign, and renovation of 2 existing pavilions. The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland. All work must be completed by February 20, 2026. Particular Project Requirements: 1. Existing site conditions and restrictions: Owner will perform any necessary demolition and rough site preparation prior to contractor bid. Owner will provide contractor with the final intended F.F.E. of all buildings prior to construction, and site will be rough graded with grade approximately 1'-0" above final intended grade. Owner will provide testing by approved testing agency for compaction and bearing prior to commencement of contractor's work. Owner will have any necessary compaction or improvement completed prior to contractor's work, or may procure these services through the awarded contractor through a change order. Contractor responsible for all final grading directly contiguous to the building locations. 2. Requirements for sequencing, scheduling and completion date: Project to be completed by February 20, 2026. 3. Prior or concurrent work by Owner or others: All electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work will be by outside the scope of the bid and performed by owner's respective contractors. Owner will conduct a preconstruction meeting with general contractor and owner's subcontractors to coordinate underslab work, rough-ins, utility connections, etc.
