759 South Prospect Street Building Demolition The project includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, inspection, oversight and to complete the demolition, removal and restoration of the building located at 759 South Prospect Street. This includes mobilization, demolition, disposal, environmental inspection, backfill, restoration and maintenance and protection of traffic. Question Deadline 06/10/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Questions may be submitted through online. Responses will be provided via online. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. There are no MBE/WBE requirements for this project. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled, but prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the site and review the scope of work and construction documents.
