Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Chehalis, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This Contract provides for the improvements of Parkland and 13th Street by replacing non-compliant ADA ramps, constructing ADA ramps where traffic curb barriers exist, infilling sidewalk adjacent to existing curb, constructing ADA-compliant driveways, and providing marked crossings on side streets. A contract will be awarded, or all bids rejected within 45 days after the bid opening. Bids received after the fixed time for opening cannot be considered. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Chehalis.
