The major construction items include: Base Bid: Removal of Existing Slate Roof (approx. 2,250 s.f.) with synthetic slate rooftiles; new %" plywood sheeting; re-pointing of existing chimney; removal and replacement of sofit and gutter system and related waterproofing improvements. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein, and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Borough of Milford, 40 Frenchtown Road, Milford, New Jersey 08848 and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above.
