**As of August 18th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 20th, 2025.** Lowber Storm water Reconstruction Contract 3/2025 The work for Contract 3/2025 will consist of 1,575 SY Milling, 130 Tons 1 Wearing Course (9.5 mm) 3.0 to 10.0 Million ESALs, 90 SY Soft Spot Repair and 175 Tons 2 Binder Course (19 mm) 3.0 to 10.0 Million ESALs. In addition, the Contractor will install 9 Type M Inlets and 461 LF of 12 HDPE Pipe. All items are approximate quantities. Each Proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidders Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of Sewickley Township. Sewickley Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening.
