Granular activated carbon pressure filters for PFAS removal. 4. Filter media. 5. Process instrumentation and controls. 6. Electrical & SCADA upgrades. 7. Mechanical: ........a. Plumbing. ........b. HVAC. 8. Painting. 9. Underground Sanitary Sewer. 10. Site Work, grading, erosion control, and turf establishment. 11. Landscaping. 12. Bituminous and concrete driveway. 13. Street paving, concrete curb and gutter, and utility adjustments. The Work will be substantially completed on or before February 26, 2027, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before March 31, 2027. Bid security in the amount of 5% percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with the State of Minnesota. This work will also be subject to Build America, Buy America (BABA) and other requirements Minnesota Public Facilities Authority, Drinking Water Revolving Fund.
