Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Nether Providence Township, Pennsylvania. Design plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The scope of work will include development, implementation and oversight of a plan for construction of an addition and renovations at Strath Haven High School which will likely include the following: 1. Remove existing modular classrooms; provide additional educational space to meet programmatic priorities. 2. Reconfigure and renovate Library, Guidance, Tech Support, Pool & Locker Rooms, Fitness Center, Team Rooms, Pilot Restroom, STEM/Tech Ed spaces 3. Address Warm-Safe-Dry items in remaining sections of the building: Roofing, Elevators, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection (Sprinkler) System, Electrical Distribution, Lighting, Low Voltage Systems, HVAC & associated mechanical, electrical, & general systems (Ceilings, Casework, Flooring as required). As of May 8, 2026, the project is in preliminary design stage. Design anticipated to begin on the 3rd quarter of 2026. Full design work is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2026. Details regarding the construction schedule and anticipated completion date have not yet been determined.
