**As of August 26, 2025, the project was awarded to MAC Construction and Excavating LLC, with an awarded amount of $434,705.56.** This project consists of asphalt pavement repairs and drainage improvements at various intersections with SR 62 in the River Ridge Commerce Center. Repairs include thermoplastic pavement markings, surface milling and overlay, removal and replacement of traffic loops, installation of concrete curb, and all other items as described in the contract documents. The work shall be substantially completed by November 14, 2025. All work shall be 100% complete including site cleanup, punch-list items, etc.
